- Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship on or around their estimated release date. Release dates are subject to manufacturing delays (vinyl pressing plants, etc.). If you order in-stock items alongside a pre-order, your entire package will ship together when the final pre-order item arrives.
- Damaged Vinyl / Seam Splits: Vinyl records are fragile. We package our records securely, but we are not legally liable for minor cosmetic transit damages such as corner dings or inner sleeve seam splits. For guaranteed safe transit, you can request that we ship your record unsealed with the vinyl removed from the jacket by contacting support immediately after purchase.
- Lost Shipments & Customs: For international orders, To Live A Lie Records is not responsible for postal carrier delays, customs delays, or import duties/taxes levied by your country.
